After losing his forearm in another mining accident, Clyde left the mines and went to the city to make a living by petty theft. His forearm was replaced with a prosthetic hand that was convenient for unlocking and picking pockets, and a simple artificial arm was installed on his shoulder, which was usually hidden in the sleeve to cover his various secret movements.
